  • Go to Identity Tab — Open account settings and select Identity Verification. This section shows the documents we need and the current status of your submission.
  • Submit Your Photo ID — Upload a clear image of your US driver's license or passport. For a driver's license, submit both front and back for a complete submission.
  • Complete the Selfie Check — Take a selfie through your account using your phone or webcam. The image needs to match your ID clearly — good lighting and a straight angle help.
  • Await Status Update — Our team processes your submitted documents and updates your account status. Once approved, withdrawal access opens and payout requests can move forward normally.

  • Balance Appears in Account — Once your payment app confirms, your account balance updates. From there you can head to the lobby or start a payout request immediately.
